I thought that anyone striving to improve their sleep quality should have read it. But after reading the article Matthew Walker’s “Why We Sleep” Is Riddled with Scientific and Factual Errors I’m not sure anymore. It seems that in the first chapter alone there are an unproportional number of uncited papers, misleading citacions, wrong percentages and factual errors. The book is now being cited as a source in various papers despite not having the save scientific accuracy of published papers. ...
